Just got mine yesterday. I got a bunch of fascia and crown to run in a kitchen. I have the 18v version as well but as mentioned I only go up to 1 1/2 nails with it. Anything longer and I go up to 16ga to avoid shiners
I think there’s a lot of personal preference when it comes to what nail guns each person uses. I’ve been using the M18 16ga gun and the M12 23ga pin nailer for most of my trim work. I think the M12 18ga makes more sense to complement the M18 16 or 15ga than the M18 18ga does, primarily for the fact the M18 18ga is basically the same size as the 16ga or 15ga, whereas the M12 18ga is smaller and is easier to have along with another gun
They are all trash had to send all mine back to be refilled and maintained and it isn't free even when you still have warranty. Cost you about a bill each. Complete bs.

Was just using it yesterday for a short run of crown molding- the size is super convenient for working on a ladder or platform
Loool I'm pretty sure I just saw you yesterday UpNorth. You make RUclips videos!!
Idk if that was me- I was in my shop all day yesterday, south-central PA
If you already have the M18FN15GA would it be better to get the M18FN18GA or this? I’m looking to do interior trim work and cabinetry.

That’s a lot of nails 😳 can’t say I’ve always heard great things about Milwaukee customer service, but I do like the tools.
Send my 3 years old 18g to be refilled by milwaukee they send me a new one after 2 weeks
A brand new one? Wow
