Hinge Replacement. These newer ones a simpler in design, but sometimes harder to work with because they depend more on things snapping into place than just screwed in.
The problem with this hinge type is that they tighten up and become progressively stiffer until they break off. My wife's company provide this module to all 35 employees and so far I've needed to repair 15 of them. Naff design.
Hi! Thanx so much! But i screw hinge together (time video: 11:40) with rear cover -( the fourth screw extra!!!-hahaha...). Put nut back and put screw+plastic piece back. i have a problem with the keyboard(HP 250G3 Notebook PC) is that it stops working(all keys) when i switch on the wifi and works(all keys) when the wifi is off.. i considered a very short length cut form its wire strip but it did not work.. what should i do?? 😯😯😯

Just found new hinges on eBay under £12 both sides with rear plastic hinge covers and back plastic screen panel £15 all brand new.
Why not buy them from a HP supplier? There’s plenty in the UK. My left hinge has also broke.
