I actually really like this item. It finally allows for more juggernaut-heavy play styles so you can play like Illaoi. Giving up resistances for damage is a fair trade off in my opinion.
The reason titanic hydra doesn't say it deals as much dmg to the main target is because the main target also takes dmg from your own AD. So it's titanic dmg + your AD on main target. So it's actually not that bad for 1v1

Titanic 3rd/4th is useless because people already have enough armor to make it negligible. Rushing it makes shoving incredibly easy and is super effective even against champs with % dmg. Going Mortal Reminder after (which is actually very useful to go 2nd in a game like this) would have been significantly better. Even with Gragas % hp and Viego % hp titanic > mortal stat checks much better than mr or thornmail.
Riot will probably nerf Overlord since it only makes sense on Cho and Sion, and then buff an item that's already used by every bruiser. Also more Lux Skins.
Sion literally has the best champion theme and the best voice lines in the game. His lore his also in the top 3 for me. Sion, how ever is a D tier champion and needs a rework. The rework shouldn't change any of his core abilities, but add onto them. With the amount of mobility and cc in the game, Sion is unplayable against 90% of the champions in league. His Q needs to be unstoppable. It's incredibly easy to side step or dodge with a dash. Having his Q be interrupted 5x in a row in a team fight is the most infuriating thing ever. You feel absolutely useless. The only CC you can land is a measly slow and a 0.5 second stun/knock up with your ult if you're point blank. You do 0 damage, and you tank absolutely nothing, 8k HP Sion with 300+ resistances gets shredded and killed within 2 seconds of approaching an ADC or a Bruiser. You're neither a frontline nor a juggernaut. There is so much mobility, true dmg, max health damage, and max health true damage in the game. Sion is unplayable so long as he remains the way he is. Either revert his passive to what it was before and have him be the turret taking monster he was, or make his Q unstoppable, increase his W shield scaling, give him more mana, and increase the speed and hitbox of his ult. It's the only way to make him viable, and even with all of those changes Sion would still be C or B tier at most.
