I got this bladder recently. I want a better water system for the back country / Canadian Rockies. My original setup was several Quart sized Nalgene bottles. Then I got a camel pack. And now I have this bladder from Deuter.
The nalgene bottles were a bit inconvenient and sometimes create a funny taste in the water. Same story with taste on the camel pack. Plus my camel pack is antiquated. I don't much like any of the blatters with screw on / off fill ports either.
Deuter claims to have solved the funny tastes and has what I think is the BEST refilling solution. A small clip slides off the top of the bladder for an easy fill.
This also integrates well with my new Deuter Act Lite. 50+10 backpack.

Have you had any issues with the Source tube discoloring ? I only put water in my bladder but I have a pink/red color stain on a few areas of the tube. Otherwise I love the setup.
