  • Ciorba de vacuta este delicioasa, traditionala, iubita de romani, comandata adesea la restaurant. Ciorba de vacuta are nevoie de timp , rabdare si multa dragoste pentru un gust deosebit, insa rezultatul final merita tot efortul!
    Nu o pregatesc in fiecare saptamana, insa atunci cand o pregatesc fac o oala mare de 6 litri, sa avem pentru 2-3 zile.
    Daca va plac retetele mele, Abonati-va, este Gratis :), lasati un Comentariu, un Like si activati Clopotelul pentru a fi la curent cu noutatile!!!

    Ingrediente:
    850 gr piept de vita
    1 ciolan ( fara carne in cazul meu) de vita, cu maduva
    100 gr radacina telina
    1 ardei capia rosu
    1 ardei gras portocaliu
    150-200 gr ceapa
    100 gr morcov
    100 gr pastarnac
    200 gr cartofi
    85 gr mazare
    85 gr pastai verzi ( optional)
    2 linguri bors magic/ 300-500 ml bors
    1 legatura buna de leustean
    2-3 fire de cimbru verde
    patrunjel ( optional)
    6-7 litri de apa
    2 lingurite sare
    0.5 lingurita piper
    Timpul total de gatire la mine a fost de 6 ore, insa in momentul in care mi-am vazut familia mancand cu pofta, "am uitat" de acest aspect minor :) Oricum, o buna parte din acest timp fierbe carnea, deci e mai mult de asteptare!
    Pentru o varianta mai rapida, va recomand sa folositi stock ( fond) de vita / supa de oase...o sa postez reteta mea foarte curand!!!

    Beef soup is a delicious, traditional, loved by Romanians soup, often ordered at the restaurant. Beef soup needs time, patience and a lot of love for a special taste, but the end result is worth the effort!
    I don't prepare it every week, but when I prepare it ,I make a big 6 liter pot, to enjoy it for 2-3 days.
    Ingredients:
    850 gr beef breast
    1 veal marrow bone (without meat in my case)
    100 gr celery root
    1 red pointed pepper
    1 orange bell pepper
    150-200 gr onion
    100 gr carrots
    100 gr parsnips
    200 gr potatoes
    85 gr peas
    85 gr green pods (optional)
    2 tablespoons magic borscht / 300-500 ml borscht
    1 good bunch of lovage
    2-3 strands of green thyme
    parsley (optional)
    6-7 liters of water
    2 teaspoons salt
    0.5 teaspoons pepper
    The total cooking time for me was 6 hours, but the moment I saw my family eating and ejoying it, I "forgot" about this minor aspect :) Anyway, a good part of this timeis waiting time while the meat is cooking!
    For a faster version, I recommend you to use beef stock / bone broth ... I will post my recipe very soon !!!
