I still use the Cloud Paint. I'm 69 and I seem to use these during the spring/summer months. A little goes a long way. I'm looking forward to trying out the lip tint. Very pretty.
I've never tried this brand before. Just not my thing. But that plum blush looks fantastic on you Cheri...and of course I love the more dramatic side a la 1980's Pat Benatar!! 🤣💜👍 There's a Glossier shop in downtown Seattle so the next I'm over that way maybe I'll check it out 🛍️
About 5 years ago I worked with a beauty app and there was a Glossier popup nearby so I went with young coworkers who were Glossier fans. I was 66 at the time. I enjoyed the products - back then being able to buy them in a shop was so uniques we bought lots! I enjoyed them but none became lasting favorites except the Invisible Shield face spf - superb!
@@CHERIVOYAGE Cheri ... my colleagues were big boy brow fans but I found it a bit too intense and and stiff. Now I am not a strong full brow fan ... I remain attached to the thinner, more arched look I grew up with really and the Glossier brows are very much a modern strong brow look so I'm not the best judge! I haven't seen one of their stores - I hope they are as well designed as the popups were ... great helpful friendly and informative staff , high design, just an overall fun experience.
I tried the skin tint years ago. I was not a fan. For me, it was the way it felt on my skin. Today at 74, how did that happen, I’m addicted to Chanel Fresh Water Tint. I do like their cloud tint. But,I have other products I prefer. The first lip product they came out with was, in my opinion, an absolute fail. It had a terrible drag due to excessive dryness. Their lipgloss was nice. It was very shiny and cushioning. Currently the only thing I have from Glossier is their new Ultralip. It’s a moisturizing, shiny, pigmented balm/lipstick. It’s so nice to get your opinion on the products you have. Thanks❤
Thanks for the review! Super curious about their lip balms (color looks amazing on you! I love the glossier concealers as a foundation (similar vibe to RCMA) and I love the cloud paints for on-set jobs! they look super natural (I usually apply with a brush but I have to pick up the paint first, then almost remove on a paper towel and work into brush, then remove).
I’m glad to see you trying something different Cheri. Personally the only thing I would like to try from glossier is their brow pen. I’ve been hearing people raving about it for years! I hope you are doing well, always take care of yourself ❤
The only thing I tried from Glossier was the Stretch Concealer. I was not a fan at the time. The lip balm looks like it would be good. Thanks Cheri👏🏻👏🏻
I tried a few things over time but ordering from the site required certain amount for free shipping. I did not love the cloud paints…I prefer the Chantecaille ones better. I like the brow gel but the brown is too dark for me. Have to see if they have new colors. I have a few of the discontinued eyeliners…just ok…but I am a Chanel Stylo and Victoria Beckham devotee. I am intrigued about the lip balm. I use the a lot during the day because I have very dry lips and at 59 I have to watch out for feathering would be interested in an update of wearability.
I’m 43yo and glossier does nothing for me. We have a stand alone store close by, I went to it a couple of months ago. I played with their makeup and nearly every item was too dry on my skin and was too much work to apply. I prefer fast application and products that’s not drying on the skin. I have combo sensitive skin.
