      @@Party-Marty my channels focused on bringing back my burnt block after the 2014 fires with the aim to build a house on there eventually. Lots of videos to come, I’m still editing stuff from 2021.

    So you collect this from public land during the firewood season? I have never bothered as I always figured it would be picked clean … maybe I was wrong

      Correct mate. Sometimes from friend’s/family private property but 95% in designated collection areas.
      Tip - once the season opens, ring your local DELWP office & ask where they’ve been dropping dangerous trees/cutting fire breaks in collection areas. Surprisingly they have been really helpful pointing me in the right direction - solid dry wood where they suggested I go. That load in trailer is some of the wood I’m burning now 👌
