Xbox intentionally doesn’t use Hall effect sticks because they would last too long, screw those scumbags just buy this controller got mine for $18 shipped
That is untrue, while I can see your logic and point of view, it’s just not really true. Hall effect thumb sticks are still relatively “new” tech and is far from perfect. GameSir G7 SE is having all sorts of issues starting in update 6.25-6.30 causing many uses to have to downgrade or whatever. It’s too much to explain but gall effect sticks have cons and pros aswell. Look into it a bit before buying. I’m not a fan of the controller tbh, it’s too sensitive, raw input

Don’t buy it , ordered one two weeks ago it arrived yesterday & it literally already had controller drift I didn’t even get a chance to use it, it was going crazy

Im talking from experience, i got other 3rd party controller and it started being a bitch. Not until i calibrate it
It would be better if it was bigger it’s really tiny if you have been in hand so it’s very easy to not have to fix rotating in the direction that you’re intending. But still very smooth movement and responsive.
3 things that irritate me though…
1. The deep pad while having a good feel and response time… It is really easy to mispress a command in any game that requires precision tapping.
2. The software itself you download to button map is not very good. It is not terrible as it does. Allow you to set zones/sensitivities for many things and map the back buttons… did market itself as being an Xbox controller and a PC controller I don’t see why they couldn’t have allowed the button to be mapped to the keyboard as well as just standard xbox buttons- that’s on Microsoft too. They decided that they were going to take control of gaming features on PCs and yet they don’t offer anything of the sort as well. They just want to keep track of the games you play so that its harder to enjoy some things they did not monetize…
3. Beyond the fact that I can’t see what I will wind up even using those back triggers for… They are very easy to press which is a bad thing if you have big hands. I don’t see how you could avoid tapping them on accident. I just keep them locked. I can’t figure out what to do with them.
4. …3 profiles on the pc software?
… why can’t I just have infinite saved files that I save as a compatable file type?
Then people could share and interchange profiles with incredible ease, as well as have a specific profile for any individual game that they wanted. Just seems stupid in 2023. Unless they also own reWASD and are trying to get people to buy that on top of the controller… I’m thinking about it, but trying the free alternatives first… I’m not very good at figuring shit out though, but there’s a couple of hopefuls
Those back triggers are good for multiplayer games where you need to access every button to play such as Fortnite or Cod. By remapping two of the front buttons to the back triggers you can make certain actions without having to remove your right thumb from the joystick which is a massive advantage in gaming. That's what they are for basically. But I just wanted to ask how is that controller holding up after one month? I've already ordered it so I hope it will be good

Great controller but my muscle memory cannot get used to where the start/back buttons are. I play pub and use those buttons often.
Remote? technically it is a remote but kinda weird to hear that...

After 6 days of having a Xbox controller I got stick drift on both sides without raging.
I heard many people say it has no stick drift but other people say it does.
After a month of having is it still good?

You do know you can plug in any xbox controller however I'd still recommend because you can't get stick drift
new Xbox series controllers don't need batteries if you just play with it plugged in

I had the scuf pro for exactly 5 months and after that I had to throw it in the trash! I can tell you with absolute certainty that the internal components are poorer than the original controller and the only thing that differentiates it is the addition of the 4 keys. Don't buy it at all because it's wasted money. Save yourself while you have time! Over 200 euros thrown out the window.

Is there a way to make the back buttons under the controller "program" for certain buttons? Like making the back right button act like A so I can jump with specifically the back right button

It came with the instructions when he bought the controller. If you don't still have them I would google it, there has to be a You Tube video on how to download the software I would think.

use the software app and select what buttons will be mapped to the paddles
@@axe_.or you could hold down the Back Paddle aswell as the M button and once the light starts flashing you can press the button that you want mapped to the Back Paddle which you were holding down before
I just got the cyclone, but the T4 app won't recognize it 😫..
I’ve heard so many mixed things about the t4 cyclone I went with this one, the g7se, even though I’ll be using on pc. Works great.

@@eagledillanl4824if it has very subtle stick drift then it’s probably how sensitive you have the sticks set. like if ur an a game ur dead zone is probably low

No since this is a (wired) controller i mean it could work if u have a free usb port on your phone lmao but if not you should get a wireless controller

They sell the T4 Kaleid that is the same controller as this with the same software.
