albinism in plants are actually caused by genetic mutation no gene is responsible for causing albinism naturally so may be plastic one option is a choice

Mam I have a question that when secondary growth occur for a long time the cork still there which doesn't allow gaesos exchange and after falling of epidermis and hypodermis still cork is in place so how will be the gaseous exchange take place because cork is still there??

No.. those cells are originated from parenchymatous layer.. then how could the plant die? These are for protective purpose .. so that with increasing height.. the stem of the plant will be wide or strong enough to bear all that flexibility of the plant. Escaping it from , breakage! Or dieing!
