For witch corridor, you need at least one SSS rank and salvage its frag to unlock the shop. I don't know how but I couldn't reply on your original comment
Well it depends. If you lack an ice dmg dealer go HoR, same for HoT if lightning. If you have one of their equipment already, invest on the one that is most complete. If you already got some nice ice/lightning dealing valks, go for the other. Between HoR and HoT, HoR is less dependent on gears unlike HoT. Invest in what will be the most convenient for you.

I tried the weapon but it gave me stigs. Maybe I'll try in a week because the priarm is so op. For the elf I didn't.
