Meaning if you seek entry you just await processing in mexico rather than the interior of the US where the practice is catch and release. By all standards of reasoning this is not only bipartisan (17 house democrats support it) but a complete softball bill that every other democrat president in the last 20 years would be happy with. Speaks nothing on limiting legal entry, or even blockading the border (as we should do).
I love America after spending a few days there and always wanted to go back to work and live , but its soo hard getting a working visa at my age so by leaving the border open gives me the chance to get into the USA , Thank you Biden and camela , be seeing ye soon and ye have my vote due to your amazing border policy
