Anything! - You're welcome... Re: showering. I agree with you James. I love the 5 minutes in the shower of a morning, it's invigorating. Stepping out all squeaky clean is a great feeling. What I hate is the hour or so lost time after the shower - moisturising, blow-drying and straightening hair. It takes ages and is a complete waste of time! One of the best things about 'lockdown' was not having to bother what I looked like, as no one saw me with my Worzel Gummidge hair.
That weird vomit looking thing that you scraped is called “Slime Mold”. It’s not a mold or a fungus but it just appears in warm, moist areas…….like clunge.
I truly love your vlogs and it's great to see your back this week. I loved it when James said to Clair about you have nothing that you really love and like spending your money on and Clair turned around stone faced looked at James and said the kids 🤣 I love the way you both interact with it each other, always winding each other up and keeping real for the camera. I love that when James fluffs a line he stays professional and goes for the next take (there's an outtake of the Inbetweeners somewhere where you're all in a toilet cubicle with will on the outside knocking on the door to get in and no one can stop laughing so there's just constant retakes for about 20 minutes, but I digress) ... but Claire does the editing so it gets left in anyway - It's that type good natured pranking and the banter between the pair of you that makes these vlogs good watching. re: Sciatica, both chiropractors (if any good) or physios are likely to recommend the 'McKenzie technique' in order to fix the issue. You basically have to do a back stretch called the 'cobra' in yoga to sort the issue. It definitely works, in conjunction with pain killers - After 3 weeks of pain and immobility, I am now fully mobile - all I have been able to do up til now, is watch past episodes of the Buckleys - it been tuff! ; )

Our old place had a ghost of our old neighbor who was born in my old bed room also I would see stuff on the road outside my window where monks would walk from the old college back when Henry the 8th was about and even visited the place. Would have a tunnel from the old college to the church to the top end of village to the pub and a farm named leg gets farm. Was also a house called monk's cottage where a ghost was also seen as they was buried under there gate. Also was a man in ww2 rain jacket as our village is next to a army training area where the mod told 5 villages they had a week to pack up and place the area and was put in homes free of rest and was told they can go back after the war well guess what all homes nearly was blown up and the ppl never got to go back. Look up stanta traing area. Or the lost village s of breckland tottington

Been scaffolding 15yrs bottom of my back is destroyed basically. The anulus jelly like substance which sits between the vertebrate due to excessive and repetitive strain begins to protrude and touch the large sciatic nerve. I experience excruciating pain which shoots down my right leg and is quite a debilitation some days i can't move. Anyway my guess is your right cheek James.
You didnt need to put the poobag in a bin. Where I walk my dog you hang it in a tree and the poo fairys collect it. Think that gooy stuff was a dead poo fairy.
stay away from all chiropractors. unless you have had a scan then they are guessing what's wrong and likely will make you feel better instantly and worse in the long run. Also by that point you will be skint. Kind of like a mechanic trying to fix your engine in your car when its running with a blindfold on. MRI scan the only way to go then speak to an expert if it doesn't sort itself in a few weeks along with some gentle physio. speaking from experience. Love the vlogs and raging at the lack of one last week :)
I've only been to a chiropractor once and I was in agony for 2 weeks after. They do not have to have training or be certified. Go through NHS. I have arthritis in my lower spine & physio is my saviour.

I work at a physiotherapy clinic and we see people with sciatica all the time. Really easy to treat so definitely go to a physio for some treatment. Usually would taken 2-4 sessions! x
