  • From a background in furniture design and a workshop in Stockholm, Christopher Robin Nordstrom has spun his childhood obsessions with both modelling and Japan into his cult Instagram page TokyoBuild, which turns experiences from a formative trip to Japan and views from online maps into completely handcrafted scale models. We join Christopher in his studio as he constructs a garage workshop inspired by our 2023 release, Type 7 Volume 4: Team Ikuzawa Edition, and explore the intricate process involved in making one of his works.

He used Mitsubishi Heavy Industries logo with Mitsubishi Electric. They are two totally different heat pump manufacturers. Clearly an amateur.

That’s just not true. He used the correct logo for Mitsubishi Electric. It can be seen on all Mitsubishi AC units. His attention to detail is impeccable.
