I've watched all the series with Lars Monsen and I think one thing about him is clear; He loves the outdoors and the wildlife he encounters. I think he document his experiences in the wild quite accurately since he make a living of his expeditions. Thereof why he knew how many bears he has encountered. Maybe it's because I'm trusting, but if you think about it; Why would he had shot the bear if he didn't have to? The only reason would be for his own personal glory which seems entirely impossible
The correct translation in 3:21 is; "It wasn't to be intimidated" instead of "I wasn't to be intimidated". Also the missing sub in 7:47 is "99 of 100 polar bears are peaceful but unfortunatley they don't have numbers on their backs".
That's what I have been using though, but the playlist is all mixed up after EO1PO3. Not having a go at you btw, just trying to make sense of the whole program or maybe i'm just a n00b ;) Thanks for replying.
Excellent docu but the way all videos are organised is a mess! What's with the EO...PO... way of classification? Where is EO1PO4? Maybe a "Part 1 to part 18" would have been easier to follow! We go from summer to winter to spring ro winter again without knowing if it's the right order. Very confusing! Thank you for the upload though, very good program.
I'm uploading them according to the order in which the episodes aired. I wrote in the first upload that you could go to my channel for a playlist, which would make it a lot easier. Best regards, Mikkel
shooting it just for fun make absolute no sense , he dosent need to , he seems to regret it, and why shoot something if your not going to get the meat,fur and if its not even gonna give you fame for it ?? it was selfdefense im sure, also poor dog for dying in the snow wonder what happened, maybe as the inuit said he was too skinny maybe not a good breed for such temperature ? it dosent look like an wolf/dog but more of a normal breed id have in my house

Also he says in the start that he doesen't think releasing alchohol into the community is any solution.
