So very poignant to remember the music of my parents and grandparents. These memories both haunt me and help me get through the remainder of my life. At seventy, clearly I have lived longer than I have left...I am one of the last who still remember and embrace our eastern european heritage especially in our rich and compelling music. When it is my time to go, I shall just follow the music and I shall be home. .
R.I.P. Austie you were a great musician and a wonderful person and long time friend!
Austie is just awesome on this accordion!!! Nicest guy too!
Herrlich ist die Sommerszeit! Sehr feine Musik!
This music makes me feel like I am in the Old Country with a beer in hand
Love this music,
Our heritage lives on & on through our music.
AWESOME!! they have an excellent sound I could listen to them all day
Wow Out of sight!!! Thank you so much for sharing.!!!! Turk and Austie, what can I say!!!! Polka Jazz
Damn he's great. Well done.
Excellent Accordian work and enjoyable music, could listen all day!
Austie is MAGNIFICENT; MAN I COULD LISTEN TO HIM ALL DAY: WONDER IF HE IS RELATED TO ED O'NEIL ( AL BUNDY ) FROM YOUNGSTOWN, OH THEY RESEMBLE EACH OTHER
You noticed the "schnoz" they both seem to share? lol
These guys are awesome!
Ah the days of old, Frankenmuth is about through. Hardly anything now.
Very sad, but true. "To everything there is a season..."
this is when turk was on top
Turk was the best we have been friends for years
No better sax player than Al Martini
the best role model a son could ever ask for!!!!!!!!
This band is doing their best to whip the crowd into a frenzy, metaphoricly speaking. Did they succeed? I'm feeling it.
I am glad that they now offer non-alcohol "O'Doul's" at Frankenmuth, Michigan.
Bob Turcola has a terrific band here, I sure love his music, but who is that excellent back up accordionist? never seen a guy play like that before, does someone know who he is?
Ron Austalosh
Current videos please. Not old stuff. Covid is over.
OT CIA TAI jo
CASIOLA WAS THE BEST
@kavanaugh77
all the big polkafests are the older generations are dying and younger generations seem to have no interest in polka music even up here in northern WI/ MN
Not many people dancing if any?The band even brought their own cheerleaders from the Dallas Cowboys.LoL
I have several tapes by Bob’TURCOLAI hope I pronounced it or spelt it right but anyway he was great tape so I suppose it like the white beer poker that was always pretty funny
