I think the problem itself is not about the side buttons being too big, they are simply positioned so low to the point that some people, myself included, find themselves accidentally clicking them mid gunfights. This is literally the one and only reason why I returned mice like the model O minus, and why I'm still using the G303. (Both are small ambidextrous mice). By using a fingertip grip, try to lay your thumb on the mouse without your thumb touching the mousepad or the side buttons. Yep, It's pretty much impossible on the majority of small lightweight ambidextrous mice.

Features wise seems pretty good, aesthetics wise idk. At the weight of 68 grams I'd almost expect to just see a full shell with no holes at all, not sure if the right grip would be high enough for me. Definitely more worth than the Zowie FK2 at the moment though.
I just bought a second one for backup it’s on sale for €25 +€6 shipping so €31 total. It’s still the only non software mouse that is light and with all the hardware buttons it’s epic couldn’t resist now we have 3 of them in house one for me one for my wife and one backup

Unfortunately Zowie have been slacking and now have to look elsewhere to find a proper lightweight ambidextrous mouse. Just waiting for this to be in stock. But does anyone know if you are able to use all 4 side buttons or can you only use one side?

Baby You some people got early releases on Reddit and they all say it’s small enough for fingertip foot average to large hands. I’m 19x9.5 so average size.
With the model o wireless and roccat, steelseries, Logitech(g pro superlight UwU) , cooler master releasing new lightweight mice, this doesn't really get me excited. Still a decent mouse tho
If this mouse was without RGB & side buttons on the left, it would be 10g lighter. The FK series was a top choice for almost every pro/competitive shooter player 3 years ago, if they make it a bit lighter to compete with the upcomming ultralight mice... it would easily be a top 3 mouse of 2020 tbh. That is my opinion, I might be wrong here.

I'm thinking about trying out an XM1 bc I feel like something a bit bigger, but with the same small grip width, and button height , along with having a shape that could possibly be a lot better could maybe make a big difference in the comfort and accuracy of my aim. It's sad... I love the Ducky Feather, but them buttons on the right side catering to lefties ruin the mouse for me. I love playing with the mouse and it feels great in hand, but everytime I push them buttons by accident it irks me and I lose my flow then set the mouse to the side to play with another. Gimme a Ducky Feather with no lefty support and I will be happy.

Can you recommend me a small lightweight mouse with an easy to press scroll button? I used about 6 different gaming mice and all of their scroll button is too stiff to be pressed. The only mouse I used that had an easy to press scroll button was the Mionix Naos qg, but it's too big and bulky.
Is the scroll button on these easy to press? I noticed a lot of these gaming mice have a very stiff scroll button. Granted most fps players don't press it, but I play a mix of fps, mmo, rpg, etc. So I utilize the middle scroll button.
it really annoys me that zowie could have literally take over the market again if they just released a wireless version of everything with 24 step scroll or a lightweight wired version. Yet they continue to do nothing :(
If zowie gave their mice speed-flex cables and made reduced weight versions of the mice (maybe -5 to -10 grams) they would've easily stayed at the top. but as of right now, I'm not sold.

2 month update, still loving the Feather. Had to put some grips on the sides and also removed the left side buttons. Best mouse now.
