Ok but no minor or sharp chords ?

the minor chords depend on the middle note. it if is 3 half-steps above the root, it's a minor chord. 4 and it's a major chord. no sharps or flats in the key of c, but other keys definitely.

This is basically a slide rule for spelling triads. There’s no explanation of the concept of diatonic triads in the first place-building stacks of thirds on each degree of the scale. There’s no mention of the fact that each chord within a key has a quality (major, minor, or dominant) depending on what degree it starts on. Spelling chords with their note names and no further explanation is almost useless to a beginner, especially on the guitar which is a notoriously confusing instrument for identifying individual notes. The “greatest lesson ever?” Yeah right. Buddy,
this lesson is bound to do little more than confuse any beginner who clicks on it and expects to receive some deep wisdom. This is awful. Take some time to actually explain what this little trick actually is and why it works.
