Pretty impressive gains on stock F150! I know the first thing I'm going to do now after purchasing a new F150 in a few months. I might do Borla or Roush exhaust before the E85 tune though.
@craigjacobson158 Ended up going AWE 3" exhaust paired with their 3" resonated mid-pipe. Sounds amazing, and the quality & fitment is top notch. Highly recommend it!
Hi Mat I have 5.0L F150 2016 and here in France we have plenty of E85 (and BTW it is half the price of 93) Any chance that you have the same real flex fuel tune but for 2016?
So a flex fuel tune is 1 tune that covers all octanes? I have a 2013 f150 5.0 that I'd like to get just one tune that covers all octanes. Is that possible?
Thanks for the video. These are good numbers but nothing that screams "buy me now", not to mention simply using e85 is expected to give a decent bump in performance over 87 anyways. I'm interested in a Tuner but the market seems to mostly want more horsepower and that's just silly to me. The F150 5.0 is built and tuned differently compared to the Stang for obvious reasons. Have you guys experimented with a tune that prioritizes torque gains? Autostop eliminator will help with oil problems. Ford stated the oil consumption was mostly due to the autostop feature. Something about residual oil being burned. Mine is a 2019 5.0l. Diabled the autostop, and have no oil issues.
