Thank you for not gatekeeping 🙏🏾
Hi my turned out lumpy. How can I fix it now?
I like using “white chocolate” for my whipped cream frosting, I enjoy the flavor that the chocolate adds to it and it ends up being super stable too.
Method?
you need to try "Philadelphia Torte"!
it's very similar to this.
crushed cookies with butter for the base and then the entire rest of it is basically a frosting with molten white chocolate and chocolate bits!
it's a no bake cake and really simple to make, if you want I can translate the recipe for you
@@kiwimiwi5452 please share/translate the recipe this sounds sooo good
Recipe please
This is so validating. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years.
bro cream cheese frosting just hits different tbh 😭😭
Facts
Definitely going to try this. Your cream cheese buttercream changed my baking game. This is basically the same ingredients I use for my cream cheese mousse but different technique so I know it's gonna be delicious but different to use! 🥰
Tried the yogurt one yesterday piped on sugar cookies with little heart sprinkles. Was delicious and light 🍦 not too sweet
i WISH i had gotten these videos when i was in class, it would have made my life 10xs easier 😭😭
Lovveee cream cheese frosting
I can only have so much of buttercream.. i can get sick of how sweet it is really fast..
I made this and it was so good!
ugh cream cheese is my FAVORITE frosting
So, I'm TOTALLY using this because I hate regular buttercream, but with a twist. I'm lactose intolerant so imma try it with vegan cream cheese and coconut cream instead of heavy cream. Do you think it'll still be able to turn out similarly?
Most people who don’t like buttercream are specifically referring to American buttercream. I don’t like that either, overly sweet and grainy. Other suggestions are whipped cream, Italian merengue, fudge, or italian merengue buttercream
❤❤❤ thank u
Perfect
How does this cream cheese frosting compare to your ButterCream cheese frosting? I just made a whole batch of that frosting for a cake I’m making on Saturday and I’m realizing this frosting would’ve been A LOT easier😅
Oh the buttercream cheese frosting is definitely for cake decorators, layer cakes and general stability. This is a whipped cream and cream cheese frosting which means it has to be fridged in a couple hours and is treated more like whipped cream (albeit a stabilized one)
So basically the difference between a whipped cream and a buttercream
Im newbies ans i want to make stracery shortcakes. Should.i used different frosting for the middle ans layering and another for decorating ?
Can this be made ahead of time?... how many days? How should it be stored? Thank u ❤❤
I keep trying this recipe but fail! think I didn’t mix the whipping cream enough separately. Also, I think I over-mixed them together because they weren’t blending. 😢
How to color it ? I tried gel food color, and it became runny
Omg I thought I was the only one who did this
Can it be made in a dark chocolate flavor?
I love cream cheese frosting too, but it's also too rich and heavy for me, probably even moreso than buttercream
Can you use food gel colouring like colour mill or is luster dust better?
this is what my oreo pie filling is made out of except for the oreos
Can we add coffee powder or coffee in liquid form to the frosting?
How long will it be stable before starting to weep? And is it stable at room temperature???
How to add coco powder in this one if we like chocolate
Do I need to use powdered sugar or can I skip that ingredient?
How do we store the left over in a fridge for next use
Can i use this for layer cakes? 😊 My family really doesn't like when i use buttercream but I'm afraid to use whipped cream frosting cuz I think it won't be stable enough for my layer cakes
yes, as long as you keep it refrigerated!! the video she linked in the pinned comment has 3 different stable non-buttercream frostings, and she also has a whole video about stabilizing whipped cream 😊
@@evan-vd4fu thank you so much!!😊
Is it okay to use whipping cream instead of heavy cream?
Can I use liquid whipping cream or the powder ones?
Do u have an icing with not much dairy?
What if someone doesn't like cream cheese or buttercream?
is there a way to make dairy free frosting for the lactose intolerant folks?😅
What if my Whipping cream is already sweetened
Do you know if there is a whipped cream that is stable enough for frosting cakes? I don’t like buttercream and I can’t have cream cheese frosting because I’m dairy free.
dairy-free but you want whipped cream? or am i misunderstanding you? anyway, she has a whole video about stabilizing whipped cream.
@@evan-vd4fuI just started having problems with dairy, that’s why I wanted to know about whipped cream. Also I found that video, so thanks!
Would this work with swerve
Is margarine okay?
The trickiest part y whipping the cream to stiff peaks, i just cant make it!
let it be chilled well as well as the bow and whisk. gave up the very first time i whipped but had success with subsequent ones. when you whip past the stiff peaks, you'll be making butter & buttermilk.
Looks really grainy
