valeria, as a long time viewer i struggled with this episode! your unique gentle way was a bit drowned out here by what feels like an antiquated and somewhat pushy, masculine view on health, wellness and success. i have listened to many podcasts over decades in this space and i can tell that this guest is more or less regurgitating insights from others that i've heard before! absolutely loving not alone, keep trusting your gut! wishing you all the best ! :)

I love love love this episode and the podcast in general❤❤❤ the only thing that could be better, is puting all ads one after the other in the beginning or end, instead of interrupting the conversations multiple times..
i totally agree with Lauryn on the dynamic of male and female. so many people are trying to figure out their relationships and being able to see others talk, work through and explain so many things is so helpful and interesting. your so good alone and at the same time seeing both of you is just so so good and fun!

The adds become truly annoying, adding them at the beginning is just bad… please rethink if you want to have that many. I would reconsider watching your podcast if I see them next time. I’ve a follower for 8years…
I just don’t get the idea of this episode. The name and the content itself are really different, and the timer in the description is for the ads. There are at least two of them. It’s so chaotic. Came to your channel after watching your podcast with Lauryn and Michael, which was amazing. Unfortunately you have completely ruined your side with so many ads. It's impossible to follow. I get why the need for ads but this level takes away from the conversation and flow.
I love both of you ladies, but I LOVE that you called Lauryn out on where she learned the whole “sun in my eyes in the morning.” She tends to appropriate habits she learned from other people she interviews. Like here she said “I have always said I entered through the chimney”.. um did you forget you stole this concept from Alex Banayan author of The Third Door, whom you interviewed? Lol
Agree with all other comments, would be better if you just did all ads at once instead of all the interruptions, very distracting. Also much preferred the podcast you did on Lauryn’s show - both of you were much better. I haven’t watched Lauryn on many other podcasts but listen to hers pretty regularly, just based on this one, seems like she’s better as a host. I love her but she seemed overly domineering in this episode, perhaps it’s just the sharp contrast in both your energy. But I love you both!
no, she's not agressive, she knows who she is and she's very articulate about her boundaries and confident enough to tell others what those are, unlike many women I know, unfortunately. If a man would say exactly these words she said in this podcast, he'll be seen as a guy who has his s#*t together. But when a woman is so secure in herself, she's always seen as aggressive. It's sad when other women see her as aggressive.
I understand and agree with you all, but i mean for podcast her vibe and her voice sound a little bit aggressive in my ears, Valeria has more gentle and calm voice and it's relaxing and comforting to listen.
When you see a beautiful woman and then she opens her mouth with foul language she automatically degrades herself. Lauryn was not a pleasant person to listen to. I’d rather hear your ads than her speak.

Yeah at the end of the day it costs them to do a podcast they travel to Texas etc so you need ads to support it
