Reshuffling in Google Form is done to eliminate copying of answers by someone who is looking over your shoulder or looking at your answer. He can not copy your answers, because the order of questions has been changed (reshuffled) for each student, keeping the total number of questions and their contents the same. This is very important features in Google Form to keep answers by individual student anonymous.

The obvious seems to be to use the DESCRIPTION field at the start of a section. Have people used images to add this type of "Form Question Help"? Yes actually. You can click the green spread sheet icon in Responses and get all responses in one spread sheet. Also you can select individual responses, copy, click on the three dots below and...I forgot...finally paste it in the same spread sheet below.
Is there a way to set the form to email you when someone submits the form? It doesn't seem to do that on its own, you have go to the form to see the responses.
I watched it at 1.5 X and yet I could understand everything clearly. Best speed for this video, not that it's slow or something, but it'll save you some time.

No one really explains how you can send the wrong view of the form. I've sent a form that gives the recipient my view. I'm not sure how to prevent that and no one really tells me how in all of these videos. This is a good video but that is the only thing missing.
