    Thank you so much Kim. Yesterday I did the Tapping before going to sleep. The feeling of overwhelm went don’t from 10 to a 3. And today I had a great day. I felt so much lighter and less worried and I got a few things done without postponing them any longer.
    I really like the way you are doing the Tapping, taking a pause to check in with the body helped me a lot to really connect and let got.
