I had been a practicing Buddhist for years when, three or four years ago, I started learning about dimensions and densities, the galactic community, the real history of humanity, "woo," etc. To my mind, all of these topics dovetail nicely with Buddhism. On top of that, "ascension" -- individual, collective, and planetary -- is going on *right now*, so it's not just a philosophical sidebar. Naturally, I wanted to share this with family members, so we might all be able to "ride the ride" together. We're all pretty mannerly, so there wasn't any conflict, just polite resistance (although they might have thought I've been losing my mind ha ha). Earlier this year, it occurred to me that one doesn't have to resort to human language to make a point about these things. It comes from a deeper/higher place and therefore registers at a deeper/higher place. I'll be having dinner with these folks later today, and I've let go of any ambitions or apprehensions about trying to convince them of anything.

Dear Elizabeth,
I find it is so much easier to be embracing the physicalness of life when it is less challenging.
When family and friends are not feeling particularly uplifted as they may be dealing with physical or health challenges, I know holding their name; their essence and their energy in the highest of visions honors and supports them best.
Elizabeth, what do you do when it seems more difficult to even to hold this uplifting energy for loved ones?
Especially knowing when being in a higher consciousness one doesn’t really wish to dip down into a lower consciousness. Nor do I believe in encouraging loved ones to linger in a lower space either.
