You really hit the nail on the head when you described their animations as "purposed". That's my one and only problem with these. It's not that the animations are bad, I just feel like they are tooo dressage like. I just can't imagine, as you said yourself, going on a trail ride and my horse prancing like I am in the middle of a dressage routine. I really wish all horses in game moved as they would in a pasture, a non-competition setting, etc. And have them all have the ability learn these special like moves and movements.
Yes! I bought one and I'm barely using it because of this! I'm mostly using my Belgian Warmblood, Mustang & Icelandic 'cause they look so natural & it makes them so much more likeable to me, I attached to my Belgian Warmblood (she's named Beatbox hehe) and I always come back to her x)
aaaaaa I bought the dapple grey, named it Silverwish, don't regret a thing! I LOVE the new horses, the team did an AMAZING job on these horses! 💞

I'm so sorry for bothering and I SWEAR on my life I'm not trying to to show off I just needdddd ideas😭😭 I'm planning to buy 7 horses and I need name ideas for each of them!!!!! I'll list the breed and coat I'm getting: 1. Jorvik Friesian, all black. 2. Lippizaner, all black. 3. Irish cob, the black and white. 4. Icelandic, the orangey one (??) (Sorry I'm not good with the coat names). 5. Percheron, the kind of tan ish one. 6. Belgian warmblood, the brown/blackish one. 7. Dutch warmblood, the coat on the thumbnail of this video. PLZ IM BEGGING for name ideas I'm clueless and I'm desperate🙏🙏😞😞

I myself love these horses, the very only slight disappointment is the hard stop for me, the same as the Lipizzaner's; as you say, it's very smooth, but at the same time it looks like it defies the laws of physics, the horse would definitely not be able to stop this fast from full gallop especially. But apart from that, the Dutch Warmbloods are absolutely gorgeous 😍

I studied equine genetics at university, and STILL can’t see Valegro as anything other than liver chestnut, so your not alone 😅
I haven't bought any horse yet and I know when I'm writing this it's a Saturday. But I was watching a livestream by someone I follow here on Yt and I asked in that livestream if I should buy a horse or save my star coins. So I'd like to buy one of the new horses, but after asking if I should save my sc or not, I thought that I'd save any way and maybe buy one of the horses in the Winter village for this year. A friend to the one who had the livestream answered that I could save, so I'm following that advice then. So another day I'll get the chance and opportunity to buy one of the dutch warmbloods
they will always be around! Those winter horses are limited so I think it's good to at least see what the horses are! Good luck saving 🫶

I bought the bay dappled one because it kind of looked like one of my first lesson horses named Cree minus the back right sock in the blaze was a little thicker. She also didn’t have dapples, but it’s still cool to have her breed in the game. I named it crescent eye aka Cree or credence.🤍
