Same here the S20 plus is a amazing phone still is.. it's display is better than the 21 22 23 and their plus counterparts. 1440p vs the new 1080s... also the s20 series 12g ram... the newer ones 8g ram.. slightly higher clock speeds but in real world the s20 + hangs with em or beats them. DDR5 ram and 12g of if is a huge deal.. no wonder the phone cost us 1300 new a few yrs ago... 2020 was the last of the great Samsung phones tbh... last note series as well.. And also the S20 series glass the newer 21 22 23 plastic... same with 24s... if you spend a fortune you'll get the ultra.. which is what the s20 was in its time.. the entire S family including the note was high tech , best of the best... now you gotta spend almost 2 grand just to get the fancy glass phone with 12g ram... n the 1440p display... we still have the 1440p display and alot more ram.. and phones run great. Now I'll admit it is slowing down some which iv noticed after updates... so I'm assuming it's purposely being done to force us to buy newer..... the 865 chip isn't no weak Soc by any means... it's the updates that are slowing us down somewhat.. if you root the phone and install the S24 software and A.I ect the phones runs it all amazingly and very snappy.. it becomes faster... so Samsung is deliberately slowing the older phones down its sad.. because their still very capable

I actually dropped my s20+ one too many times and never intended on buying a better protective case so not surprised when the screen cracked as well as the back but its still shattered glass inside my case so im not taking that off until i get my downgrade to a54 😂😂😂 whoops
