The Lick Loft just a line 6 amp. And some cheap pedals.. hahaha But do you really recommend this amo as a friendly pedal amp? Should i save for this amp? Any Recommendations? I sub. I like your channel.. more vids pls
Nothing wrong with that! Whatever works for you! This is great for pedals as it's got 2 "clean" channels which is quite rare and you can set them up differently to get the most out of your pedals! Thanks for watching too! Plenty more to come :)
Brando Himself I play the Artist 15. Its easy to play at home with the Master on about 8 oClock. Great amp for any situation from home use to gigs, if you dont play metal.
Bassbreaker15 combo w/112 extension cab Tweed Blues Jnr III Laney Cub12r Jet City JCA20H head (Soldano designed beast) HiWatt T20 Head Laney VC30 2/10 with Jensen speakers (older UK-made model) Fender Champ clone 1x12 Custom cab w/Vintage 30 1x12 Fender cab w/V-Type (Bassbreaker extension) Pedals: ALL OF THEM
I have owned one of these in the past, and I encourage people to try and use more pre-amp based pedals (like a Wampler Plexi Drive), compared to using overdrive/distortion boxes like DS1s/TS9s etc, as the amount of treble and fizz this amp spits out can be difficult to tame with the wrong pedal. Its all about channel 2 though ;)
@@KM-302 Thanks for the Tip! Alas I have changed to a completely different style of amp these days haha But its still good to know in case I work a shift at my guitar store in the future :)
Seriously considering replacing my Blackstar HT-20 Mk1 head & Fender Bassbreaker 15 combo with this little beauty from Blackstar. I'm a huge pedalhead - love my Laney Cub12r but my other amps are fairly specific and fussy when it comes to pedals. The Bassbreaker being a case in point.
Long time Artist 15 user here. Hundreds of gigs. It's perfect for pedals. Everything through the front. Makes setting up quick and easy. Takes every drive pedal you throw at it really well. I use the emulated out straight to desk at every gig too. Sounds incredible. Recently bought a second A15 as a spare.
i have the artist 15 as far as gain pedals, i use a line six uber metal, modded metal zone that i stack with a eqs arrows pre amp, also i have a few other boss overdrive and distortions
@@TheLickLoft Just wondering why you would use an IR with an emulated out? I would have thought the emulated out was an amp with emulated cab output so you're effectively putting an IR on an already cab-emulated signal? That said - it did sound good the way you had it set up! I have this amp and think it sounds pretty decent emulated out straight to desk (without further IRs)
Moi aussi. J'avais le Bassbreaker 15 pour six ans, pas de "pedal platform" amplifier - Blackstar Artist 15 tres bien! (La Francais pa de moi 1st language excuse moi!). Bassbreaker15 - un noisy amp. Repairs tres difficulte! I am a New Zealander trying my French after 20 years never using it!
What are your current pedal/amp setups? We'd love to see what you've got going on!

Do you do wet/dry? I have an HT-5 and the toss is up between a bassbreaker 15 and Artist 15 for the second amp hahah, kinda in the same boat!

arnyarny77 that sounds like some setup! How does the amp react to the high gain pedals you use ?
Hey, great sounds out there! How did you capture the sound? I do not see a mic in front of the speaker. Did you use the emulated out?
Hey yes we used the emulated out, with a Celestion IR, thanks

J'hésite entre le Blackstar Artist 15 et le Fender Bassbreaker 15 pour utiliser mon pedalboard Boss GT-100.
Avez-vous pu essayer le BB15 ?
oui.....get the Blackstar
