And a good law firm should start preparing a class action for those demanding a return. If the campaign had any integrity, they would be contacting the donors themselves, but they don't, so they won't.
The point here is moot regarding the transfer but not regarding the tort involved. Donors wishing a refund on their money need not worry about the election schedule to hold the Democratic National Committee accountable... Sue 'em, baby... KDM
