That is EXACTLY what this "rocket scientist" did. If I wanted a crappy, low-quality recording, I would have used my OWN microphone. I just bought this on Steam in 2016, and I'm cheesed they don't even sell the soundtrack as a DLC, let alone include it as a free bonus (I've been playing a non-Steam version for a few years).
It's not "ripped;" it's a gameplay audio recording, not even soundcard-intercept data-OP just plugged in a crappy mike and began playing the game…like WE can't figure out how to accomplish exactly the same thing.
+TCP IP No a bad score tbh, but Hitman, David Bateson and Jesper Kyd are a match made in heaven. Square Enix screwed the combination by separating Mr.Kyd from the franchise. Thank God they had to bring back Mr. Bateson due to the fanbase's outcry! But there's a huge void left by Mr.Kyd due to his exclusion from the franchise by Square Enix! I don't feel the same ambiance when I play Hitman Absolution and Hitman 2016 like I do when I play the previous hitman games!
can’t believe i finished this game i had so fun playing this game favorite game ever and blood money to i remember playing this like 5 or 4 years ago I’ll never forget this game
Cool! its a big improvement from absolution imo , im happy they went back to the old style! , really wish the soundtrack was as good as blood money tho ! , ✌️
Peace Player Uhh actually quite the opposite, the AI in absolution is hella realistic , while in blood money they are a bunch of idiots who just stare at you and don't even warn you before they start shooting. Blood money has nothing good but the music
Peace Player I didn't msay it has an Ai problem, what i meant is absolution's npcs feel like real characters, the amount of dialogue is crazy. You walk up to them and they make fun of you, you can listen to their side dialogues and feel like you're in a real place. That was so enjoyable to me
Peace Player I understand why you guys didn't like absolution, and for the most part that's true when you no longer can choose what you take with you in a mission and get a briefing from Diana but i think the game improved hitman in some other ways too. A combination of that would be awesome in the new hitman.
+Rubert max Sigh... Absolution is great and fun game, but in no way it's a Hitman game :/ Hitman games are all about eliminating targets in interesting sceneries and original scenarios. This game had like 3 missions that were like that... I still liked it, it just wasn't what I was waiting for for so long. And that's the source of dissapointment.
Ave Maria is a funeral song, It was the only funeral in the game. In Blood Money it was also only played during the funeral. and for sniper challenge, It was only played for people to think: "Ooh, Hitman is back!"
This is NOT a soundtrack, people! It's the audio portion of a playthrough, nowhere NEAR the same thing. ANYONE can make a low-quality recording of gameplay and upload it. If I wanted something like this, I would have used my OWN damned microphone. Two words: BO-RING!
So once again they fail to show the song at 1:09:35 So here I go and scramble through all this bullshit, just to be denied the one song I'm actually looking for.
+Mr. Hanky me too i'm looking for one song, couldn't find it, the one with the girl singing at the patriots hangar mission, before u find the key card and kill sanchez
I was upset Kyd wasn't involved at first but when I played the new Hitman, the music that created the atmosphere was really the best in the series even though there may not be any memorable scores like Kyd did. 7:24 in the Chinatown mission created a feeling beyond words.
I think this will be the first game soundtrack I will buy. I have never really thought about the music in video games. Now I will pay more attention. Can anyone recommend other soundtracks worth buying? Thanks!
For a game considered the worst in the franchise, I personally appreciate what they were going for. The audio design, the soundtrack, the overall gritty, serious atmosphere - not to mention trying to "humanize" 47. I liked it back in 2012, I like it today. At least the parts I've mentioned.
I like to play codename 47, silient assasin was better, contrats was the same, but not bad at all, blood money was good to, absolution was kinda meh, but good.
What is the song that plays in the cinematic when just after you kill wade and drive to dexter outside factory for the first time wen they show the rattlesnake killing a pit bull ? It's the only actual lyrical song? What's it called its not listed anywhere
I can understand why that would be your point of view, but I don't find it valid. I think Absolution doesn't feel like good ol' hitman, but it shows agent 47 working on his own, and not for someone else. I think it was time for a change and I think the developers did it very well. If you don't agree with me, that's just fine. Can I just ask you if you did actually play the whole game, or just a few levels before you thought it terrible?
Really? In Hitman: Blood Money it was the main menu soundtrack and was used for the trailers during Hitman: Sniper Challenge. Hitman Blood Money was the first time it was used so it wouldn't be in any others before hand. It worked really well in Blood Money so I thought they would use it again at least more than once...
yo, u should probably credit David Bateson (i think is his name) in the introduction as he's the voice actor. thanks for the upload, tho none of the music stood out to me unlike Jesper Kyd back when he was involved. not interested in his assassin's creed stuff tho, didnt even feel like him to me
Agreed. The fact the only time it was played was while he was walking away from the car he was seen driving in the next mission was pretty poor. All I'm saying is that they're was several ideal places that they could've included it and when they did, it wasn't as cool as it should have been.
There's a song at the "hunter and hunted" level, in the convenience store background, and once you start shooting it starts playing it louder, something like "wow wow wooooow", and it doesn't seem to be in this video... Someone knows what hell I am talking about?
this definitely isn't as good as jesper kyd. it does fit hitman, but it is slightly generic. The stuff jesper kyd brings to every game just absolutely immerses you in the game like none other.
All previous Hitman's soundtracks were made by Jesper Kyd and they were awesome, just a thrilling soundtracks. Now that I think about Hitman Absolutions soundtracks, I found them horrible..
Anyone know the song that is playing in the dressing room level damage control it's when you are trying to sneak into dom's office it's some lady sing but yea anyone? Help pls
if you use something good to many times it will get annoying. i'm glad they didn't spam the song though it could have been put better than at the death of an admittadly boring character.
No, I know what black bandana is, but I mean the one at the beggining of the level, when 47 is in the car, looking at the poster "Dexter saves you". It is not Black Bandana.
exactly, I think that the music in hitman games is awesome because it creates a unique and incredible atmosphere for each section/level. I really liked the music in absolution since it was thematic (especially the country pieces) and good itself. I bet that if those complainers were told that the music was created by Jesper Kyd they would like it anyway.
what pisses me off about this game it's that it's so short.i finished it in 10 hours ffs.would it be that hard to make it longer like bioshock for example? I've been waiting this game for years and it's over in 10 hours..too bad.

I thought that this score was good only in flourishes, most of the time I felt it wasn't loud enough or effective enough in parts of the game. It just doesn't stand up to Jesper Kyd's mastery. One of the reasons why Kyd's scores are so great is because theres actually little hints of the same score throughout 'Silent Assasin' to 'Blood Money'

Well, at least this video should change its name to "Score" rather than "Soundtrack", cuz you just explained though..

whitehaireddevil1 I think it's because this is ripped from the game. As far as I know, the soundtrack has not been officialy released.

As much as I love Jesper Kyd and his work on the earlier games in the Hitman series, this isn't a bad score/soundtrack at all.
Yeah this is not a soundtrack at all only occasional generic video game sounds.
a hitman game without jesper kyd isn't really a hitman game.
its like halo's not halo without bungie

OK sure, santa Maria, but this Is an EPIC soundtrack
A lot of the in game music suits the scenes PERFECTLY. Enjoyable
I’m sad that they never officially released this soundtrack. I would have loved to have it isolated from all the cutscenes.
action and instincts 44:27 gives a powerful vibe that god is protecting agent 47. Maybe it's just me
yeah, its just you
Action and Instincts is probably the coolest combat theme I've heard in a hitman game, too bad it's too short.
that's what happens when you exclude jesper kyd ... a bad game music !

i liked the game but not having Jesper Kyd is a treason to the series i think
It was blasphemy not to continue with Jesper Kyd!
Why does the whole internet doesn't have any available Hitman Absolution OST? All the stuff on RUclips is recorded straight from the game.
The dude that made the music is my Music teacher in school and im not kidding
you can be proud of him ;)
Awesome
I loved this game and I've played all the games
Especially the first one, its the hardest by far!
Not sure what my favourite one was. I liked Contracts but aside from a couple of missions its was basically a reboot of the first game
