Hello Raymond, first I would like to mention how interesting I find your videos. I appreciate your attention to details, functionality and cost. And also the fact that you show all the installation processes. Now back to this specific video about framing, I have done similar assembly of ikea cheap frames. You can exchange the top plastic window with a tin 3 mm glass. If your budget allows it, go for non reflective glass, it is well worth it, especially with a dark background. About the matt, I find it unfortunate that it isn’t black on the edges… Personally, I am disturbed by the white line it creates around the pictures. It is possible to find matts that are the same colour thoroughly at a framing shop, but it might be a little more expensive… But final effect in your dining room is still very classy!

Definitely if I can build up sustainable traffic through the channel, I will explore some affiliate links for the products I use. Link below to the frames I used, just pick your size and colour. My Bosch laser level is packed away at the moment so I don't have easy access to see which model it is. www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/lomviken-frame-aluminum-80314308/
I was pulling my hair not being able to keep the picture within the square, until I realized that pressure alone is not enough to keep it in place without falling and you are using tape...
I love the large mat with photo centered. It's more dramatic and draws attention to the photos.😊
They are great economical frames. nice work, love the refresh.
I love the black mats !! Great idea 💡
It’s very easy, give it a try

I think carefully Sharpie-ing the inside would give you a clean look and eliminate the white line pretty effectively without looking off.
Don’t forget to add little plastic bumpers to the back corner of the frames, it will keep it from moving.
How do you take the black things off? Is it supposed to peal?
Looks great!
Thanks Eric!
Very nicely done 👏
Can you please share link to frame and laser leveler: may be make some affiliate $$ for this nice video. Thanks
