Very cool home! Love the renovation, especially on the outside and the "Orangerie". Just feels cozy and not as alienating as other big mansions. Though only white walls everywhere seem a bit boring to me.
I think if I owned it I would apply for planning to cover the pool and connect the house to it. The furniture and lighting would have to go too much neutral for me. Nice home overall for the price. Well presented Tom :)

Also the orangey may get extremely hot in summer and very cold in winter, making it a room uncomfortable to use. Also I would have liked you to provide more detail about the land included in the sale. In the aerial shots it shows the house surrounded by fields but no clarity about whether it belongs to the house.
The lack of bathrooms in some of the rooms is not cool. But otherwise, great house. Wish you would have house plans in case someone wants to construct such a house.
How much does a house like this cost to keep per year? One of the things I'd be worried about when spending this much on a property would be the hidden costs.
Lovely presented video and always, but noooooo. It's so generic and modern inside. It could have been beautiful. It doesn't match the period. Shaker isn't right at all. Oven looks good, but what a missed opportunity. The staging is mostly so dull it just looks like Dunelm. Conservatory ball light is beautiful but that lounge looks like a Nana and Grandad house. It's all one colour, they haven't even picked up the colours on the chimney. The units mostly dont look natural, they look stack in and awkward. I hope the buyer manages to make it nicer. There are too many of the same units I hope they can be removed without damaging the house.
The interior design and fixings are absolutely stunning. But £7.5 million for a home of this size is completely ridiculous. It’s small. The flow is all wrong. The kitchen is laughably small. And entirely in the wrong place. You could get much, much better than this for the better part of £8 million.
You seem to ignore the fact that it’s in Jersey. The place is full of multi millionaires, not skint people like you. Supply and demand. Seems you don’t understand the price structure there.
