It looks and feels like you two understand each other and are able to navigate through the fog of whatever successfully, because y'all trust each other. Keep loving, trusting and honoring each other. Jackie, girl, I am riding on your faith of being a mom for 4 young kids. Our oldest is only 6 (the others are 4 and 1), and we are expecting our fourth in two months…I am so nervous but I love seeing young big black families thrive! Only through Christ can we hold it together!

I don’t think I’ve laughed so hard in a long time. The ADT story was hilarious! The fact that Preston assumed that the pee smell was from some random cousin of the guy had me roaring. Jackie was dying laughing, and I was hollering. Preston’s calm “Umm, I didn’t kill your momma. It wasn’t me” was epic!! This is one for the ages! LOL!
Low key, Jackie really liked that. She blushed when you said what you said. It was just new to her and she was feeling you but hesitant. I love y'all's humor and how y'all relate to one another. Keep growing. It's that trusting something new. Been there. Look at God though! Won't He do it and did!

I like that Preston went back to tell Jackie that he wasn't going to stop pursuing her. I felt like it was him admitting to her, look, I may have gotten it wrong this time but we will get it right. And I think Preston was right, there was a bit of push from Jackie to not make it into a relationship and Preston saying he wouldn't stop affirmed that he really was in it for the long haul.

Jackie, even when “I’m never gonna stop pursuing you” was a bit too soon, it is such a blessing now that preston really never stopped pursuing you.
