It’s fckn awesome I love it 👏🏽 I’ve learned so much , I’m currently learning about the vascular system and how veins in the legs work . I’m about to start my clinicals soon so that’s exciting !! If you’re a team player , love learning about anatomy, and are genuinely good with people , (you’ll do great with patients ) I definitely recommend this field !
I am a radiologist from india.would like to do diagnostic medical sonography specialising in fetal echo in the usa?please advice on the prerequisites to apply for sonography school.
Get more male sonographers for male private area sonogram. Men do not like to be ambushed by a female sonographer along with her female often time receptionist chaperone.
It goes both ways though; some of the general sonographers are male. I'm sure if you're insecure enough about that lil pecker you could request (and wait) for a male to scan it.

What is the basic elegibility criteria to take admission in medical sonogrpher course
study zone India Must be a high school graduate or have your GED, whether going into a community/vocational/private college
some programs are VERY selective like 25/200 students get accepted. it would be good to have any prerequisites done!

MS KS Yes, totally agree! Such a hassle when you have to get a female chaperone when doing those TV exams
