I thought fuel injected motors were supposed to start immediately LoL. Seriously though, thanks for the vid. I just bought one for my Trans Am cause the factory tach broke. Probably gonna buy a few more for some of my other projects too. EDIT: Do not buy one of these! Mine didn't work properly and then it mysteriously stopped working at all and then the seller refused to offer me a solution that didn't involve me sinking even more money into the dilemma. My experience was so bad I made a video warning people not to buy them!

Hey brother, just out of curiosity, why arent you using the factory tach? I know the one in my old C3 was screwed and would read about 7000 when I was turning like 5200. did your factory tach crap out too?

Just replace the stepper motor in your original tach... It's a lot easier than you think! ;)
