Bottom Fishing Depoe Bay Oregon

- I took the whole family out of Depoe Bay on the Oregon Coast for a fun filled day of bottom fishing. Trade Winds was the name of the charter company we used for our 5 hour excursion. Watch us limit out on Black bass, canary, lingcod, and sea trout. We even caught Cabezon. What a day! I hope you enjoy the video as much as we enjoyed the day. Nice trip for the family, I sure like the way that 43 Delta Marine steps down the last few feet at the transom it makes it nice for salmon fishing.

Figured the gaming wasn’t going to go anywhere so I had to take some time and figure out what I wanted to do with it. Something I love, which is fishing and outdoors. Plus I was spending to much time on my but playing games and less time getting out. Thanks.

This looks like a sweet time! I always go around incoming high tide when I hit the surf or jetty, but mainly had luck around the surf. Now I see a boat might be the way to go if I wanna catch more than some perch.

Appreciate you man. I had to go in a different direction. The gaming thing wasn’t meant to be forever for me. It was to get my foot in the door an figure youtube out a little before I decided if I wanted to do it or not. Now I understand it a little more I figured that I would film what I love to do which is hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. Outdoors stuff. Hope you enjoyed the video. They will get better as I go. Got me some new toys for filming. Just bought a DJI Mavic Air 2 so I can now get Drone shots. So excited.

my family and I did the exact same trip with the same company out of Depoe, we caught a ton of fish but my wife and I got flaming sea sickness and had to sit on the bench with our eyes closed for most of the trip.
I usually don’t get sea sick but my wife does. If you ever go out again, have your doctor subscribe you some patches for sea sickness and then take some Dramamine before you go to bed the night before so it get in your system. When you wake up to leave for your trip put the patch on. You will have a killer day on the ocean and not feel sick at all!!!! Thanks for watching. I appreciate you!!!
@@AdventuringthePNW thanks for the tip, Id really like to try it again. I think it was a combination of a 4 am wake up time, empty stomachs, diesel exhaust, a heavy smoking deck hand and bigger than normal waves. Thanks for the video!
