I remember watching the documentary on the TV when it was aired by the BBC...even though it was shown a few years ago, the images remained with me. Thank you to Tommy Reynolds for this short film...it genuinely brought tears to my eyes...not because of sorrow but because of the humility from James Dunn...despite his suffering, he always had a smile...and always encouraged others to smile, even when they were feeling down. I only discovered that James had passed away at the end of watching this film...I am truly gutted!!!
This young man is so inspiring. I dont use past tense even though i know he has died. His legacy is permanent. HIs family seem such lovely people too. The closeness between him and his mother. Sucha special relationship. I can't imagine how lost she must have felt after his passing, i wish them all well x
A great film that shows just how inspiring James was to to all who met him. Seeing the Big Life fix prompted me to join REMAP - a charity that makes devices for disabled people like James. I was lucky enough to help James with the maintenance of his camera rig as well as with some other devices. I really miss him and his positive outlook on life but his legacy lives on in all those who were touched by his, and the rest of the Dunn clan's friendship.
inspirational, thanks for posting Tommy
