Mazes like that are stressful for hamsters. 1. The little balls are toxic if they get eaten could kill it 2. Hamsters feet easily get sticks so all of these could actually break your hamster's leg 3. Hamsters are prey in nature so an unknown environment for them is very very stressful. They are creatures of habits meaning they like their cage and some are okay in a playpen but not all. You can build a safe simple cardboard only maze for your hamster with treats at the end. Bottom line they are animals, not toys and compared to other animals they get stressed very very very easily and it can actually cause their death. Please do not do something like that to them
Watch out for the spikes!
