Armando Gonsalves speaks on the Campal Creek on HCN

With a keen interest to implement the Smart City Mission, Chairman of Goa ForGiving, Armando Gonsalves talked about reviving the St Inez creek on Tuesday. He also said that government with the help of NGOs should promote awareness among people to stop throwing garbage in that area which is one of the main reasons for obstruction of water flow.
