I gave my friends the chance to win $3,000 by playing Terraria, but they'll have to compete against me in different randomizers if they want to win the money.

This is not a 100 Days of Expert Mode, nor is this 100 Days of Minecraft Hardcore, nor 100 Days of Terraria Master Mode nor 100 Days Of Hardcore Terraria. This is a Randomizer Terraria Race, Where we race to defeat the moonlord, but treasure bags are random, or boss drops are randomized loot. This also isn't Terraria Race 2v2, It's Terraria Rave 3v1.

The fact that Mars finished ML off with a freaking True Night's Edge pre-buff, with no ML deaths goes to show how amazing he is at the game. I could never. GJ Mars, a well deserved win
Honestly the reworked true nights edge is terrible.

I wouldn’t call the rework a “buff.” You lose the amazing projectile for a true melee weapon with decent range for a true melee weapon. It’s more unique now, sure, but that doesn’t make it good. When all’s said and done, I’d prefer the projectile any day of the year.
@@JosepiThe13th Are you sure we're talking about the same weapon? Reworked TNE is not a true melee weapon. You're thinking about True Excalibur.

@ajq1635 yeah, it does get replaced very quickly, but given that it can get the job done against plantera even without any potions, it's okay

Jesus, this one was neck to neck, but yeah Multiplayer scaling can really hurt 😂
i feel like multiplayer scaling makes it more fair, the reason they took so long was because they couldnt all keep on it at once
@@Scar135 Yeah obviously but if you played enough multiplayer you know there're funny moments with the boss fights and boss stats.

I would've LOVED to see their reaction to you using true night's edge to beat moon lord. Also, make sure you don't burn yourself out with this. The toll this challenge is taking on you is quite evident from your voice
still waiting for someone to abuse the massive amount of crafting recipes you get in graveyard biomes with natural wall recipes
They threw by not giving Eres the Seedler. my man's said "Will you be fine with a True Night's Edge?" while having an objectively better sword in his inventory that he wasn’t using XD
Mars started really slow, but that multiplayer scaling - it really did hurt. Damn, this race was so neck to neck!

This one was a fun one! It's interesting seeing mechanics like Moonlord healing that I normally don't have to worry as much about, and yet it played a huge impact here. Very cool!

It'd be great to hear the conversation you guys have when one of you wins. Like what happened after Mega said they'd been fighting moon lord for 23 minutes
Here's an idea for a challenge: A multiplayer play through where you have several players in hardcore mode. Permadeath means you'll have thinning numbers and every death adds to the suspense of if you'll win. I was thinking at least 4 players, with as many as like 10-20 or something. It really depends on how experienced the players are. Bosses, events, and traps will kill a lot of people.
a small set of speed runners vs 100 community members, though they'd have to tweak the scaling so the community isn't wiped out by basic slimes.

The fact that the other players (Loaffy Mega etc) Talked so much and didn't Consantrate so they losed.
But Mars opened gigachad mode and kill the moonlord with only a true nights edge.
magic storage mod would go crazy with this, once you figure out how to craft it all 😭

I saw a video by Boio Boio about random NPC Shops. I would recommend doing that and banning treasure bags. Treasure bags, if cheap enough, can get you infinite money. SO BAN THEM!!! If you're doing a finale, you can combine them all for pure chaos.

You know you don't have to sleep for plantera anymore right? As of the newest update a plantera bulb is guaranteed to spawn immediately after killing all the mechs.

YES, we do have it on, mars SHOULD also have it, it was an agreed upon mod to make the game faster. Mining is a pain during editing

The True Night's Edge isn't the cooler, funkier, version.
Tmodloader isn't updated yet. It got journeys end right around the time labor of love came out so it's probably still a ways off from being updated
