Fantastic, a straight forward explanation without the bs! Well done I appreciate your clarification and time it took to do this much appreciated from a sparky down under 🙏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks alot for this clear explanation. I had configured dmss a while back and within minutes I was able to view my camera's outside of my network. Then I accidentally wiped my phone last week and I've been trying to get everything up and running but I could not succeed. It wouldn't let me view the cameras outside the network. Now I realize that I initially used the P2P option by scanning the qr code. This way you can always view the cams outside of the network. Manually configuring ddns did not work for me
Thank you for this clear explanation. I bought the latest Dahua TIOC 2 cameras and version 4 NVR. I could view video remotely via mobile device using the App DMSS. The site said gDMSS was not supported. My question is the App could recognise the NVR but not the camera. It keeps saying it is not connected. I am also unable to setup the One touch Arm/Disarm feature of the TIOC 2 cameras. Do you have experience in setting up the newest cameras? Hope you could able to help and thank you again.
Your videos are great for first time setup! But, how do I get notifications pushed to my phone via the app? Using DMSS...I have all the notifications set but still don't get any pushed. I'd even take an email from the XVR system itself at this point. Any ideas or videos? Thanks
Another question is the camera's IP is not in the range 192.168.X.X It was 10.X.X.XX Would it be the reason it could not be recognised in the mobile App?
hello I followed you step by step, however if I go Network, TCP/IP in that pop up block at the bottom - Default card is NIC1 and your video shows Ethernet, how do I fix this, please, tahnk you, Louise
