Haha i'm a year later trying to figure this out and according to 2018 they say they're just a band duo and nothing more! But other interviews make them sound like they're twin flames or something if you've ever heard that concept.

You can kind of get in the way of that when I do my art I put the like things on the table and simply demand that they put themselves together and I need to stay out of the way in order for it to happen. Ot this is the way I used to do it when it worked come to think of it I need to get back to doing that. I did get in the way or rather life did or my life did.
