Vry effective vdo lecture on MBO bt.as a professional in my opinion MBO is a process whereby the superior nd subordinate managers of an organization jointly identify its common goals nd define each major areas of responsibility.Some of the elements in the MBO process can be described as follows like Central goal setting, Manager-Subordinate involvement, matching goals nd resources, freedom of implementation nd Review and appraisal of performance etc.some suggestions for improving the effectiveness of MBO r the goals must be continuously reviewed nd modified as the change conditions require.The review techniques should be such that any deviations r caught early caught early nd corrected,T&D Plays important role for skills development, update with latest technologies etc.in brief.Useful lecture.Thanx.
