The TruPrint 5000 is a partially automated, highly productive 3D printing machine. Once the build cylinders are put into the TruPrint 5000, the machine takes over the start of the LMF process using automatic process start. This replaces the otherwise manual set up and increases the process reliability.

Wenn die Teile dort gedruckt werden können diese auch anschließend vergütet oder gehärtet werden ?
Bzw lässt sich die Festigkeit so verändern, so dass man Werkstück wie mit konventioneller Methode/Fertigung bekommt. Ich denke nämlich das man beim 3d Druck auch den Vorteil von rundlauf und keine Verspannungen durch das spannen und bearbeiten hat (kann natürlich durch das Glühen entspannt Werden).

alle Materialien, die mit unseren TruPrint Maschinen 3D gedruckt werden, haben anschließend in jeder Hinsicht nahezu identische Materialeigenschaften wie konventionell hergestellte Materialien. Sie können also genauso wie konventionell hergestellte Materialien gehärtet, vergütet, weichgeglüht etc. werden.
