Thanks for the video! I'm very new in this field and I have a question: Why do you need to flash these things (bin files) with Flash Download Tool? What is the reason? What does it change? Why can't we get some code and load it to ESP32 instead of flashing?

You should try doing the same thing on a raspberry PI Zero W. Over complicated, buggy, unreliable. This took me 10 minutes with an ESP32! Great video thanks :)
