Wow nice I ordered from them on June 26 my plants are still not here I understand you brought them with your own money but trust me they reach out to you a year ago st do a video so they give you their best and if you order from them under a different name you’ll see the difference
That’s definitely a possibility! Have you been able to track your order on their spreadsheet? The whole process definitely does take a while, usually about a month so I bet you’ll still get them! I hope you do and that they do well for you 🪴
Not quite Queen City Tropicals packaging, but guessing being imports they would want to keep the package as small as possible. How long do to they stay in water before they move to their new home?
Yes as small as possible and they have to be inspected a lot of the time and can’t have any soil for the agricultural inspections so they have to do it a bit differently. I usually leave them until I see a good amount of new white roots growing and then transfer them to soil. Thanks for watching! 🪴❤️
Hello, what temperatures do you think are safe to order plants in? I want to place my first order but it is so hot here in AZ that I am afraid to order in the next few months.
I’d say if the temps are below 100 that would be best. I’ve definitely had plants do just fine being shipped in the 90-100 range, you’d be surprised at how well they do! Of course in the 60s-80s you’ll probably have the best luck though! 🪴❤️
Actually I want to add something: high temperatures shouldn’t be a problem assuming they aren’t sitting outside in the heat/sun in a box for long periods of time that will definitely cause problems if you aren’t available to get the shipment right away.

I have ordered a few packs of TC plants 2nd day air from FL and those have been fine, but I literally sit and wait for the ups guy like a weirdo lol
