This is a series of videos we are making where we bring our music together with the incredible footage gathered by the Wild Irish Wanderer of the beautiful countryside and landscapes of Ireland.
We wrote Rise with the mindset of Ireland continuing to rise, culturally, artistically, and cognitively, especially over the last 150 years from the Cultural Revolution through rebellion to the modern, evr more socially conscience Ireland we have today, and onwards. The imagery of mountains is used metaphorically in the song to represent this continued climb, which the Wild Irish Wanderer has represented beautifully with Mount Errigal in this video. We genuinely hope you enjoy this as much as we did.

I'm an American living in Ireland for 7+ yrs now, and though I wasn't born here, Ireland is part of my family heritage and I feel it in my blood, even if it's just a little. This song, all of your music really, feels like coming home. It speaks to the Irish in those of us who didn't have the luck to be born here, but have always longed to be a part of this beautiful country and its people. Love love love what you do - please don't ever stop!

Beautifully said. I have ALWAYS been fascinated with Ireland and longed to be Irish. I married a man who was adopted and when we found his birth family, he is half Irish, and my maternal great grandmother is of English descent so still part of the British Isles, even if it can't be Ireland. I agree that this music speaks to my heart in amazing ways.

I am german, but I am interested in Irish Culture and the gaelic tradition. I spent a year at Trinity College Dublin in 1993. I attended classes in "Gaelic Studies". There is a traditional bond, German linguists have been studying "Gaelic" for a long time. It's wonderful to hear Gaelic sung by Seo Linn.

Crying right now, I have to make my way to Ireland! I love these guys and they depict Ireland exactly the way I see it and feel it to be. My roots are Irish and I pulled almost 50 percent DNA Irish where the rest is 2% this and that. I feel the music and the country. I think of Ireland as home and these guys WOW, their music always moves me.
I've been looking into my family history and found my mother's side came from Ireland during the famine. I desperately need to get back there, I'm learning Irish little by little and saving my money to at least come visit Ireland. Listening to your music lights such a fire in my blood i can hardly sit still 😅

You bring me the Grandmother I never knew. She was born in Dublin, one pic of her in my Mother’s things looks like she was in Cumann na mBan, or Women’s Land Army WW1, Thank you whoever she was it’s such a comfort to somehow feel her.
