Way back in 70 something, our bass player sang lead on this 'cause he couldn't sing and play at the same time. I jumped at the opportunity to play bass on his Rickenbacker. Simple, yet dynamic bass on this song. You brought back some good memories.Thanks AJ.
Thanks Fred! Yes it is a pretty simple, yet defining bass line - really it's what you hear in the song almost more than the rest of the music. That's true for a lot of the early AC songs, which is why Dennis Dunaway was such a great bass player. His style really shaped the sound of so many of their songs. Halo of Flies is a great example of that - that was a fun one to cover - and not very easy either!! :-). Cheers, Andy

@@AJs-guitar-bass first show was Welcome to my Nightmare. Saw almost every tour in the last 50 yrs. They were awesome in Austin. Flying home today.
