Yay for school being almost done! I was homeschooled and we had so many winter birthdays that we did school all summer and took November and December off instead. We also did field trip style vacations during the summer.

Thank you! I love the freedom homeschooling brings. It sounds like you had a good routine.

I’m kind of feeling like biking to the library now to order a copy of Amina al-Sirafi, it sounds super good. And it would probably go well with liveship traders this summer!
These all sound like great reads. I’m going to FINALLY start Stormlight this month, it’s sitting on my bedside table for when i finish my current book (Curse of Chalion). And I just got a copy of Shadow of the Gods, you totally sold me on it. I’m ready for cozy vikings and the Skyrim soundtrack. so that’ll be coming soon. It may be ambitions to think I can read ALL of those before the release of the two new ones later this year…but I can certainly try haha.
I bet Earthsea is going to be great. I’d picked it up from the library in May and got about a chapter in but a friend of mine said he wanted to read it with me, so I returned it for the time being. The first chapter was good lol! Im interested to hear what you think of it!

That does sound ambitious, but I’m not sure I’ll read everything I want to before next books come out either😂
I hope your library has Amina! It would be perfect for Summer.
