2 questions..if using a sheeter, would you still 'flip flop the pastry? and when using the scraps from fixing the 'tearing of the edges, is it OK to just put them in neatly or do they have to be laid down in the same layer that they were cut? When will you be posting the recipe? Thank you so much!
Hi Dale, I wont be posting the recipe for a while as it is not ready. Yes, I flip flop the pastry, ensuring it has a coating of flour on the belts and is not going to stick on the rollers :)
