Couple tips from an Italian…oil in the water makes the sauce not stick to the pasta well. Skip it. Just salt the water. Brown your seasoned meat and strain out the extra fat and oil. Before putting it back in pan cook your garlic onion and pepper unit tender then put the meat back in. Skip the Spanish seasoning! I know it’s tough but trust. Add the sauce. Also don’t break the spaghetti in half. Just lay it in the water it will be fine.
