    Even after all that, I think Ms. Piggy was still hungry. All that fiber just passes right through.😆

    Nice work with the one-man mobilization. I LOL'd at the outro!
    I find it more comfortable and maneuverable to connect the fall arrester in the opposite configuration; with the body of the retractable
    unit connected to the anchorage and the end of the lifeline attached to the harness. That way you don't have to bear the weight of the arrester, which always seems to be at just the wrong height to interfere with the top rail of the basket.

    It's good to see that you feed the chipper with your excavator. What an awesome but dangerous machine. Thanks for another great video Tim!

    5:11 - sounds like you could use a little inverter. 12v to 110. I got a little one I plug into a cigarette lighter or clamp on a battery. There cheap, my 500 watt one was only like $30 but you can get one as big as you want. Handy for charging batteries or running power tools on the job. Use mine all the time.

    My brothers and sisters don't get way too close to the wood chipping chipper like I did many years ago with out any safety equipment because I almost went into the emergency room with a poked right eye don't ever let your eyes get poked and don't get stunged by a bee wasp or a hornet like I did many years ago but enjoy the honey and have a great day out side while you still can sincerely Shannon

    When the chipper lifts off the ground, is that purely from torque?

      That is right. It has a jackstand but I didn’t have it down before I sent that big piece through.

    Love the videos Tim, curious about the Ford engine is it a 6cyl or 8? Looks to do just as good or better than any diesel chipper

    • @cotontop3
      @cotontop3  2 года назад +1

      6.2 liter v8. It’s a beast and 22k less money than the diesel.

      @@cotontop3 that's interesting. I didn't have any idea they still used gasoline v8 engines on chippers. I haven't seen one since the old Wayne chuck & duck chippers. I like it!

    Hey Tim what’s your honest opinion on the 362 Stihl chainsaw? And that man lift is a little bit shaky for me. 😂 I went out and got the stihl MSA 220 battery pack saw man that thing is surprisingly impressive. But the 362C I just got it and thinking about putting a 22 inch bar?

    • @cotontop3
      @cotontop3  2 года назад +2

      I like the 362, it’s very light and perfect if I’m running a 20” bar. Works well in the lift and I need a little longer bar, I use the 400 in the air.

    • @FishFind3000
      @FishFind3000 2 года назад +2

      I have a ms362c-m, it’s the mtronic model and runs nice. I have a 25” full comp chain and it’s about all it wants depending on the wood. I opened up the muffler a bit and it helped a touch. Hood saw overall. I recommend getting the extra bumper spike, it’s a nice little upgrade.

    • @anth956
      @anth956 2 года назад

      @@FishFind3000 I have that same saw. I have a 500i with a 25 inch bar and a 311 with a 20 inch bar. I was wanting a 22 inch but after watching Tim I think that I will go with a 20 inch bar. We really don’t have that many big trees here anymore.
